feat: Imported Firefox 127 API schema data

The updated schema data includes the following changes:

• Bug 1820870 - [DNR] Add ruleIds filter to getDynamicRules and getSessionRules: Introduced changes to the DNR schema to allow extensions to filter rules resolved by getDynamicRules and getSessionRules API methods
• Bug 1817163 - consider to have a way to disable memory track and capturing the information about memory allocations/deallocations: added the new "memory" feature to the related enum
• Bug 1895341 - Add install_type “admin” to the management API: added "admin" to the "ExtensionInstallType" enum
• Bug 1876924 - Treat "incognito":"split" as a warning instead of a hard error: added "split" to the "incognito" manifest property enum
• Bug 1875480 - Implement runtime.getContexts: added schema definition of the new runtime.getContexts API method
