Had to disable compliance tests, as the GitHub Actions workflow had setup problems related to the
quay.io/ohsu-comp-bio/slurmDocker image, which fails to run successfully. The problem also appears in the source repository: https://github.com/ohsu-comp-bio/funnel/actions/workflows/compliance-test.yamlMost of the changes here reflect changes in the source repository. In some cases, I had to regenerate some code to merge the two states.
