Mainly, addressed key changes in NuGet packaging in which build assets must be distributed with single or multi targeting in mind, and deploy in the appropriate corresponding build or buildMultiTargeting directory.

Also took the opportuiny to pull some key package references forward to current more versions. Verified end to end testing in both sandbox and package reference use cases.

Last but not least, established a project wiki area and factored previously project docs there. We are not displeased with the effort, and think you will like the result.
