You can find the location and simple copy scripts for the final trees in the folder ./scripts
JES systematic: If you want to have additional trees for the JES systematic (default), the .txt needs to be in the same folder where you use cmsRun. With crab use 'JobType.inputFiles' to add the file to your job.
