IO.popen bind input and output to same object (pipe). Thus, change output to pipe for IO.popen.

=> Referenced issue: #308

Since switch back from open4 to IO.popen (d19b9c8) the `stdin` object is no more defined. IO.popen bind input and output to same object (pipe). Thus, change `output` to `pipe` for IO.popen.

I tried this, but I get an infinite loop instead. Maybe the STDERR prompting has changed in git-svn? I have searched through the git release notes without finding any obvious change to git-svn, but I might have missed something.
