Enable regular expressions in ColumnDelimiter #276

A string enclosed by / and / in ColumnDelimiter is interpreted as a regular expression.
For example, write regular expressions like /[,|;]/ and /\s+/. If the condition is not met, it will be interpreted as a string.

Single quotes(') are recommended when specifying in config.yaml.

ColumnDelimiter: '/\s+/'
