* Update NF Subcommittee membership As per Melissa’s proposal on the NumPy Steering Council mailing list from March 22, 2023, Inessa Pawson joined the NumFOCUS Subcommittee in her place. * Update the Japanese version of the page * Update the Portuguese version of the page
