[Feature] Add RTMW3D for 3D wholebody pose estimation task #3037

Motivation

Add RTMPose3D model.

Modification

  • Add rtmpose3d to projects
  • Minor change to data pipeline and 3d datasets

I suggest using osp.join() to improve robustness.

In case there is no '/' in self.data_root

rtmpose3d train dataset, h3wb_dataset h3wb_train_bbox.npz ann file could not find!
