Correct English and Chinese document and add new features!

We keep this issue open for many people who use MMSegmentation and are willing to make contributions to this codebase.

You can either:
1. Fix typos of our latest 中文文档 and English Documents.
2. Pull other new requests adding new feature, such as
(1) add more datasets, please follow default format document and related PR. It could be 2D medical image, scene parsing, auto driving, salient object detection, remote sensing and human parsing.
(2) add new features of MMSegmentation. Such as new backbone and decode head.
(3) add some demo or other instersting applications.

Tell us that which datasets in segmentation filed you would like to use, we would consider to include more datasets. It would be more excellent if you would like to create a new PR for us!

请告诉我们您想在分割问题里使用的数据集，我们会考虑添加更多的数据集．当然如果您愿意为我们提交新的 PR 会更好!
