Cannot view tender detail from dashboard

When a tender link at http://lod2.vse.cz:8080/pc-filing-app/buyer-dashboard.jsp

is clicked, only the loading bar is displayed.

Actually, the tender detail cannot be viewed at all, no matter from where you access it, on both supplier and bidder side (buyer-view-tender.jsp and supplier-view-tender.jsp)
