Problem Description

We are currently working on refactoring.

Make the open im flutter sdk support the web/pc side

Solution Description

The technology stack we need is flutter + go
Ensure unit test coverage and documentation as you complete the project.

Benefits

flutter is cross-platform, which would be a feat.
