Describe the bug
Getting the following when bootstrapping OSD:

Command: node install.js
Arguments: 
Directory: /home/runner/work/security-dashboards-plugin/security-dashboards-plugin/OpenSearch-Dashboards/node_modules/chromedriver
Output:
Saving to file: /tmp/119.0.6045.105/chromedriver/chromedriver-linux64.zip
Current existing ChromeDriver binary is unavailable, proceeding with download and extraction.

I see other folks having the same issue: giggio/node-chromedriver#451, and recommend an upgrade to 121.0.1
