Description

Upgrade cypress version to 6.9.0 to fix CVE issues

Issues Resolved

#634 #626

why bump cypress? #626 is already closed by #636, and #634 should be closed by #654

the suggested fix for the cve issue was to upgrade direct dependency cypress to fix the resolution
