Upgrading aiohttp to 3.9.0 requires Python 3.8 or higher.

Upgrading aiohttp to 3.9.0 requires Python 3.8 or higher.

Not sure how I feel about this one. This will make it difficult for many users. Is 3.7 EOL?

yes, 3.7 is EOL. https://devguide.python.org/versions/
