Feature request: Import & Export

An import and export function would be interesting, although not that easy to implement.
Two aspects that have to be investigated:
1.) what about the data in shorty_tracking?
2.) migrating the data to a new system is fine, but typically the backends links will be broken. So some sort of migration assistant helping with creating redirection rules would be required.
