General description of search result

When a search is done, open task location by File→Open Task Location or Ctrl+L in pLink2 GUI. A typical search result contains the following files:

• htmls folder + images folder + general.html file are displayed on the web page result.
• reports folder contains detailed search results in CSV file format. See CSV result for more details.
• tmps folder contains all temporary files during the search, it can be deleted after the search.
• pQuant_cfg.txt is the pQuant parameter file for quantification.
• *.plabel files are pLabel parameter files for mass spectrum labeling.
• *.plink file is the pLink parameter file for identification.
