Description
This PR replaces the
e2e/latesttests that are pointing to deprecated pallets.Details
The polkadot runtime no longer has :
Democracypallet with index 14PhragmenElectionpallet with index 17The pallets and their indices can be found in previous versions of the polkadot runtime, e.g. Democracy and PhragmenElection.
Solution proposed
Instead of removing completely the tests I replaced them so they point to existing pallets.
Minor additional fix
Fixed some minor typos in methods names mentioned in the Pallets Services (in comments).
