Rhino mesh to PolyMesh and TopOpt solver seem to be playing up when called in the test framework, but everything else should be covered!!

So I'm an idiot - one simple "Copy Local = true" and (almost) all test which use RhinoCommon are now functioning...
Will come back to this once the conference paper is done.

Moved to NUnit. TopOpt working fine in unit tests. (Well, it's not passing the Hemp benchmark but its functional.) Tests written, just need committing!
