Async and more info scraped

Now JungleScam prints also the number of listings and feedback rate (%). Please note that the number of requests per second is increased.

Basic setup and async

From a search url JungleScam scrapes every article and finds sellers that are "just launched", saves to a csv file with columns: seller name, seller link and seller id.
