Overview
security package has a new version so we need to update it
Description
securityis in our pyproject.toml test section, as it should be. But I also noticed that the other injected dependencies are not. defusedxml should be... though it is likely being installed as a dependency of something else. Regardless, I deleted the txt file I thought would help us keep track of updates, in preference for explicit pyproject.toml declarations. I think its OK to have the typing stubs there too, even though we don't use them for testing specifically. Maybe a separate section in the file?Closes #664
