Add missing PMIX_TOPO data type constant. Fix a double-define of PMIX_MODEX and PMIX_INFO_ARRAY constants Extend the check-openpmix.py script to identify and handle deprecated and removed values so it doesn't report them as an error. Signed-off-by: Ralph Castain <rhc@pmix.org>
