This PR fixes the following for the
pallet-evmbenchmark, when it is run with a different node-template than the provided one (e.g. moonbeam):max_fee_per_gasfor the benchmark for runtimes having a higher fee per gas0, max balance) - easier to setup for external nodesfn runner_executewas missing from the generatedWeightInfoinweights.rs- required for the generated weightsbenchmark.shto use the correct handlebars template.
