Issue with elephant foot compensation #2085

1.42.0 b1 win64

This is very simple design - hollowed cylinder with a constant wall width. But elephant foot compensation does not change first layer evenly so it breaks wall. I'm including project as well.

The elephant foot compensation improvements are part of PrusaSlicer 2.2.0-alpha2. Closing.
