Algo:

cmd+up: if you are y > 0 and there are no cells between you and y=0, then you go to y = 0
cmd+down: if you are y < 0 and there are no cells beween you and y = 0, then you go to y = 0
otherwise: current behavior

similar for cmd+left and right
