Some EPUBs have mismatched OPF manifest>item@href syntax vs. HTML @src attributes (for example). As a result, the SDK manifest "find" feature may fail in some cases (including lower-upper case percent encoding discrepancies), and the zip API always take escaped file paths (the "sanitize" function is incomplete).
