Support for Kitkat 4.4 ART (not Dalvik)

ART is an opt-in experimental feature in 4.4, so this is a low-priority issue.

@danielweck I thought I had heard you talk in the past that you have tried Readium SDK/SDK Launcher for Android on your device before and it worked, am I remembering correctly?

Since I upgraded my Android tablet to KitKat (ART runtime, not Dalvik), I have not had time to test much. I seem to remember Readium launcher wasn't working (EPUB open failure), so I gave up (low priority issue).

I built the Android launcher targeting 4.4 but running it on 5.0 (which now uses ART by default), loaded up an epub and have not seen any apparent issues.

No problems on my KitKat ART -enabled device.
