Manual Installation Instructions

It would be nice to include some manual installation instructions, as it would appear to not be as straight forward as you might initially think (especially when trying to incorporate into a Swift framework)

If you're making a Swift framework you shouldn't integrate it directly
unless you change all the KissXML class names to prevent collisions.
