Allow operator nodes to be unnamed when converting ONNX models #143

Constant and value nodes need names if they are to be referenced as model or operator inputs or outputs. Operators however do not have to have names, they are merely useful for debugging etc.

This fixes an error when converting ONNX models from Piper - https://huggingface.co/rhasspy/piper-voices/resolve/v1.0.0/en/en_US/lessac/medium/en_US-lessac-medium.onnx.
