  • Fix type errors

Now, it shows only one diagnostic:

lib/rbs/cli.rb:124:11: [error] Unsupported splat node occurrence
│ Diagnostic ID: Ruby::UnsupportedSyntax
│
└       when *COMMANDS
             ~~~~~~~~~

I don't think there are reasonable and supported rewriting for this...
