This folder can be dropped into /frameworks/base/packages/ and delete your old SystemUI folder, and drop this in. 
As of right now, the only changes as of 1/22/2012 are the volume slider and the removed options of the Notifications 
toggle and Airplane Mode (APM was is used, and notifications caused indefinite bootloop until /data was wiped)

I will keep tabs on all patches and/or updates to SystemUI from the official Cyanogenmod repository and will update
this repository with changes ASAP

This is an additional comment to test repo forking,

I intend to add more features/settings to the KF ICS build.
