* Embed the surrogate factory into the BackendProvider instead of using the IOC because the type of the surrogate will be determined by the type of the BackendProvider * Add an ICmObjectDTO interface to abstract the surrogate fluffing up * Re-name several XML specific implementations to clarify the code base
