[k8s] Adding cluster attributes to pods as annotations

It would be very helpful if cluster attributes were added to pods as labels or annotations. E.g. if someone is running with autodown enabled stick that in a label. This would allow us to block pods that don't have autodown turned on

Our user requested to add autodown boolean as part of the pod's annotaiton.
