Description of changes: Adds support for the AWS config service
In the process of building this, I made a few other improvements:
valuesis now always created. This is handy when you want to give someone a list of all possible values for an enumBy submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
