Create processing script for heartbeat detection data

Goal

Create the MATLAB file that loads all HBD data and processes/scores it, and outputs a single CSV with all heartbeat detection-related variables in a wide format (Nsubjects x variables).

Steps

In MATLAB

• Find Matlab file from ILD study
• Update the file to work with EDI data on drive
• Export CSV with HBD-related metrics

In R (in the preprocessing file)

• Import HBD-related datapoints from spreadsheet maintained by @sophieforcier on GSheets
• Combine imported hand-entered HBD datapoints with HBD metrics from MATLAB to finalize HBD processing
