Preprocessing of hand-entered EDI data

Edit EDI_processing_script.R to process...

• Quantitative Day 1 post-study questionnaire responses
• Quantitative Day 2 post-study questionnaire responses
• STAI (only on Day 2)

Notes

• For STAI scoring, identify reference for how the responses will be scored for *State and *Trait anxiety scores, and document in the preprocessing script at the location of the processing.
• Calculate BMI from weight & height.
• Consider identifying additional alternative BMI-like calculations that take into account age & sex.
• Make two readme files to document what question text went with each of the D1_* and the D2_* questions.
