This High-Level Design (HLD) document explains the NetFlow feature in SONiC. The primary function is to utilize the NetFlow protocol to collect statistics on the traffic passing through the device and export it to a NetFlow collector. The exported traffic information allows network administrators to further monitor and analyze the network's traffic. The document mainly supports the most commonly used NetFlow v9 protocol version.
