docs: remove Palette UI version mention

Describe the Change

This PR

• Removes the Palette UI version mentioned in Step 4 while checking out the CanvOS tag.
• Removes the diagram assets/docs/images/tutorials/palette-canvos/clusters_edge_palette-canvos_palette-version.png that's no longer needed.
• Adds the numbered steps in the overarching diagram, assets/docs/images/tutorials/palette-canvos/clusters_edge_palette-canvos_artifacts.png in the intro section.
• Removes a newline from the Basic workflow.
