RSocketRequester supports Objects for metadata and data in requests, but for the initial SETUP frame, you're left to prepare and set ConnectionSetupPayload on the RSocketFactory.

Factor out MetadataEncoder from RSocketRequester

To be re-used also for creating metadata for the setup payload.
