Feature sobolev smoothing solver (#88)

* Sobolev gradient smoothing test case meshes and solution files added. * Updated reference file for the Coupled RHT-CFD Adjoint test case in serial_regression_AD.py. * Adapted reference files for Sobolev smoothing regression test after latest commits. * Fixed an inconsistency in grad_smooth/naca0012/of_hess.dat.ref * Adapted grad_smooth tests for new accuracy setting. * Adopted grad_smooth regression tests for change to SU2_DOT_AD. * moved filediff reference files to main SU2 repo and made NACA0012 mesh a symlink.
