The CO1 Eukaryota v1.0-ref files can be used to train the RDP Classifier (Wang et al., 2007) and are included here for reference only. The original taxonomy and fasta files are included in this release. They were originally mined from GenBank in August 2016. Total decompressed file size is 699 Mb.
