Hi y'all! Q4 is coming up to and end and with that, it is time for our first Testground Async Retrospective!

Async Retrospectives are one powerful way that we've come up with to ensure that we have a place to capture all the achievements and points of improvement out of the Quarter. It is a place for the #HumbleBrags, celebrations and pain points to be documented, so that we can act on them on the following quarters.

If this is the first time you are doing this, read more about it on the way that IPFS has done it:

We will be using the Testground Async Retrospective document. I've created a section for @daviddias (me), @raulk, @jimpick, @Stebalien, @nonsense and @hacdias. The doc will only be shared with this team.

Deadline: December 28th

Thank you @nonsense, @hacdias, @raulk and @jimpick for filling in your retro on time! (@Stebalien if you can still submit yours, I'll take it ;)).

I'm now following on the insights by email and I'll use this to inform our planning, meetings and tactics as a team!
