Up to version 1.1.1, the only configuration is for each end-user to set his/her preferred time_zone in the user's preferences form.

By default it will be the server default timezone (i.e.: the PHP default one).

From version 1.2.0, it is possible to use User's form.

By default it will be the server default timezone (i.e.: the PHP default one).

From version 1.2.0, it is also possible to use massive action on Users.
