Form Honeypot v1.3 includes enhanced support for multi-journal installations, including better support for the site-context registration form. To support the site-context form, the plugin is a site-wide plugin starting with this release. This reduces the number of roles that will be able to change the plugin's settings.

This release has not been tested with 3.0.x releases.
