I find it very interesting that diacritical marks changes how MidJourney generates images.

In the case of the Cauliflower, I've noticed that a lot of the images seem to be of flowers blended with cauliflower. Some of them being flowers with the texture of cauliflower.

I've also noticed that some diacritical marks add colors to the images

Some of them get turned into plant/cauliflower/animal hybrids

And some of them get turned into humans, but is this really a surprise?
