Rebased changes to official v2.3.2.6 source.

Added AudioManager, CMDProcessor and other code changes.

All releases you find here are UNOFFICIAL versions which I have complied using commits either sourced from the official ViPER4Android next_steps branch or through commits authored by myself.

This release includes the following additions which are currently not available through the official ViPER4Android release:

* Third Installation Method Added
* Full Code Reformat
* ViPER4Android Service onCreate & onResume Updates & Log TAGs

Feel free to open an issue through Github if you happen to experience any issues with my UNOFFICIAL release and I will look into immediately.

To assist in debugging please link or paste a logcat that has been filtered on "ViPER4Android" which will contain all logs produced!
