This PR adds arrowheads to the SVG branches, as suggested by @dalanicolai in #7.
It also adds a reference to SICP's box-an-pointer representation to the README.
The SVGs are now a bit clearer to follow:
Although it might be worth amending the arrowheads facing leaves such that they aren't obscured by the branch below.
