Node.js 22.4 is out and it should have fixed nodejs/undici#3337, which broke some of our tests. If the tests continue to pass in 22.4 as they have in 22.2, we should remove the 22.2 restriction in CI and return to using the latest 22 version.

### Chore
- [ci] Re-enabled the latest node 22 version on CI, now that 22.4 is
out. Previously, we fixed 22.2 because 22.3 had a [bug related to array
buffers](nodejs/undici#3337) that was causing
some tests to fail.

Closs #239.
