Instructions for trossen robotics robot arm

year 2024

Intro

In this repo you will find a guide on how to operate with 6DoF Robot arms from trussen robotics. The WX250s. At the end of this 11 tutorials you will have a general understanding and basic knowledge to face a project with wx250s robot arm.


The repo is divided in 11 classes:

  1. Installation: Step by step guide for full and/or remote installation (RPi)
  2. Errors: Step by step guide on usual errors to avoid and fix problems.
  3. Setup: Step by step guide on how to prepare your working station. Hardware and first software comands.
  4. General: Step by step guide on important knowledge before diving in to more complex comands.
  5. RViz: Step by step guide on best use of RViz.
  6. Moveit: Step by step guide on Python and C++ demos using Moveit.
  7. Python API: Step by step guide on learning interbotics functions to code and move the robot.
  8. Record and Play Ros Bag: Step by step guide on moving robot manually with torque of and record his moovments to then play then back.
  9. Move WX250s with Joystic: Step by step guide on move robot with a joystick.
  10. Perception Package: Step by step guide on using Computer Vision package to perform taks.
  11. Gazebo: Step by step guide on best use of Gazebo.
  12. Multiple Arms: Step by step guide on mooving 2 arms simultaneusly.
