harmonized the composer specifications between drupal/islandora and islandora/islandora (will be able to remove islandora/islandora after Require Islandora using its drupal namespace. Islandora/islandora_mirador#34) to allow the same versions of each to be loaded... (this is iffy but it's better than what is there now, we'll be in a better position once that PR is merged)
