Icons sync command applies gray border style to symbols

Describe in detail the issue you're having.

There is an issue with shared styles after running the icon sync command multiple times. After the initial icon sync, a gray border style is automatically applied to all icon symbols with each subsequent sync, even if there are no changes to the symbols.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Run icon sync command(s) in Sketch plugin
2. Run the sync command again
3. Observe that a gray border style is added to every icon symbol
